Punctuality

We invite you to arrive 10—15 minutes early for your first appointment to allow time to fill out a brief confidential questionnaire

Late Arrivals

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you.

If you arrive late, your service will end at the scheduled time in order to accommodate others whose appointment follow yours and the full service fee will be charged.

Optional:  Your therapist may assist you in selecting a different service of a shorter duration (excludes permanent makeup and medical esthetics).

Consultation

There are consultation fees charged for our medical esthetics and permanent makeup procedures which is applied to your procedure , if the service is administered within 14 days of the consultation . The  consultation fees  and $25 for permanent makeup and $50 for laser hair removal.

Medical Alert

Please alert our staff and your practitioner if you are pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, are suffering from high blood pressure, are using Retin-A, Accutane or any skincare medications or have had recent laser, or other surgery. Any of the above conditions may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment.  We are unable to perform any body treatments, (excluding massage) laser hair removal, and permanent makeup procedures if you are pregnant.

Cancellations

Please note we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment. You will receive a reminder /confirmation call from us 24 hours prior to your appointment. A no show will result in a $25 fee. ( Please be considerate of our time). A credit card number is needed to hold your appointment.

Refunds

There is no refund given after a service or procedure has been performed. We may exchange a product purchased only at our discretion.

Quiet Policy/Cell Phones

In order to ensure a relaxing experience for all our guests we ask that you please put your cell phones in vibrate or silent mode;  Please speak in a soft spa tone/voice out of courtesy to other guests in the spa.

Children

Please refrain from bringing young children to the spa, infants are not allowed as we do not offer baby sitting services. Teens are invited to experience some of our skin care and or massage services with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Gratuities

Tipping is at the sole discretion of our guests and is greatly appreciated .

We use and retail products by Rhonda Allison, Scar Heal and Nikali.
