Punctuality

We invite you to arrive 15—20 minutes early for your appointment to allow time to fill out a brief medical questionnaire.

Medical Alert

Please alert out staff and your practitioner if you are pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, are suffering from high blood pressure, are using Retin-A, Accutane or any skincare medications or have had recent laser, or other surgery. Any of the above conditions may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment.  We are unable to perform any body treatments or permanent makeup procedures if you are pregnant.

Cancellations

Please note we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment. A credit card number is needed to hold your appointment.
